1 General Provisions and Nature of Agreement

By accessing or using the ja77ya platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the ja77ya operating authority.

In these terms, "we", "our" or "ja77ya" refers to the operating authority of the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any person who has created an account on ja77ya or is using the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all ja77ya services — including casino games, sports betting (cricket, football), live casino and all other entertainment services. Separate terms may apply to individual bonuses or promotions; those terms apply together with these terms and conditions.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To create an account and use the services on ja77ya, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in a country or region where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You may only have one account in your name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a person who is bankrupt or excluded under any identity verification process.

We may request verification of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required information may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on ja77ya, you must provide accurate and truthful information. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any account created with false information, and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account or identity document is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit

Accepted methods for depositing funds on ja77ya are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. You may only use a payment account registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After submitting a request, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. We reserve the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawal amounts will only be sent to the payment account used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be held if wagering requirements have not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

4.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If you encounter any technical error during a transaction, please notify our support team immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the total bonus amount.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available only to valid account holders registered on ja77ya.
• Each bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
• ja77ya reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Program

For regular players, ja77ya offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). VIP tier benefits may change and separate VIP terms and conditions apply.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Rules

All casino games, sports betting and live games available on ja77ya have their own rules. It is your responsibility to read the specific rules of each game before playing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any game is interrupted due to a technical problem, server error or network disruption, we will attempt to find a reasonable resolution. However, claims for winnings from games cancelled due to technical reasons will not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket and football, specific bet limits and rules apply for each event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard sportsbook rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ja77ya platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Bonus abuse, collusion (coordinated cheating with others) or arbitrage betting.
• Using any software, bots, scripts or automated tools on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

11 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

ja77ya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, internet connection issues or third-party service disruptions. Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed your actual account balance.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

12 Changes to Terms and Validity

ja77ya reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The English version of this agreement is the operative version.
